My sample was purchased about 30 years ago. After reading these entries a woman here and elsewhere, I called Plastaket. As with any widely used juicer, the cutting mechanism spoil over time and should be replaced every few years. The entire assembly was still available for my juicer, I had expected. I spoke with many of the company and increase online job this woman. Explained the change in shares to me, but promptly declare their juicer much older of an inventory.
I ask other players how many appliance manufacturers to keep small parts in recent years? What readers think of the chances of getting new bins for each of the Juiceman juicer cut and labeled LaLanne 10 years from now, much less years 30 from now? The only juicer that I know enough to control the situation, Acme / Omega (using the same wheel cutter, yet readily available) and Norwalk (at least, the part most of the engine + $ 2,000).
